I have been dealing with Albany Air a long, long time. I had been getting static from everyone about putting in a unit that I wanted, Albany Air listened, we agreed to a deal, they got a new unit in and hauled away the old junk in about three days. I have had a maintenance agreement with them every since, going on 55 years, I have never, let me repeat that, never had any issues with them. Everyone I talk to is so friendly and knowledgeable, the technicians I see always are also friendly and will talk to me about any of issues or questions. I will recommend Albany Air to anyone.

They put me in a brand new 2.5 ton carrier unit and I received 4 quotes from their local competitors and they beat the price of all them. Tony Buck was the salesman and he was great to work with. He gave me a fair price and his service men were on time and efficient and got me cold air quick. I don’t know their names of who worked on my job but all the men were professional and answered all my questions with zero attitude. Tony was the same way. I cannot say again how impressed I am with the prices, warranty, and professionalism of Tony Buck and his men. Albany Air is now the company I will be using for hvac in the future.

We are putting windows on our screen porch and wanted to put in a mini split system. From the first call, the ladies on the phone are so helpful, until the installation was final it was a seamless transaction. Bo Moore came out and gave us a bid. Not only was he knowledgeable, professional, and likeable - he was the lowest price out of 4 bids by about $3,000. Josh and Brett installed the system and completed the transaction very timely. They were also a pleasure to work with. We will continue to use Albany Air Conditioner for all future needs. Thank you all for a job well done.

We had a problem with our thermostat not being able to be active which disabled our AC on the left side of our building. Your tech was able to come and alleviate the problem promptly and we are now back in business. Thank you very much!
